So that’s why I created a short video to explain what pinging your blog means and how to set up your WordPress blog to take care of the whole thing for you automatically.

The last week has been about the coldest week I can ever remember… but maybe that’s because we lost our power here in Kentucky.  Brrrr!!!

If you’ve been watching the news, you probably heard the news that a HUGE snow/sleet/ice storm blew through my neck of the woods last week.  We lost power at our house on Tuesday night and spent two days in below zero conditions.  (luckily, our house held the heat pretty well the first two days and it didn’t dip below zero until the second day!) EVERYONE could use more RSS subscribers to their blog.  As you know, RSS subscribers are the lifeblood of any successful blog… without them, your blog is doomed to blogging obscurity.  With lots of subscribers, however, you can bask in all your blogging glory and reap the benefits of a highly successful blog.
